By using https://clickvault.tbtechsoft.com or purchasing services from BHW AGENCY, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

BHW AGENCYprovides access to agency advertising accounts and related account services for platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat. Accounts remain subject to the respective platform's advertising policies at all times.

2. Client obligations

• You must comply with all applicable laws and the advertising policies of each platform.
• You may not use our accounts for prohibited verticals or deceptive advertising practices.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us.

3. Payments, top-ups and commissions

Ad account balances are prepaid. Commissions are agreed before onboarding and applied at top-up or on spend. Top-ups are credited after payment confirmation.

4. Replacements and refunds

If an account becomes unavailable through no policy violation on your side, we replace it and migrate the remaining balance. Refunds of unspent balances are handled case by case and processed to the original payment method where possible.

5. Limitation of liability

Advertising platforms may change policies or take enforcement action at their discretion. BHW AGENCY is not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, arising from platform decisions outside our control.

6. Termination

Either party may end the engagement with written notice. Outstanding balances are settled per section 4.
